Versatile and adaptable to different types of uses.

In fact, thanks to the thixotropic property of the polyurethane, perfect adhesion is guaranteed between the parts to be joined, ensuring excellent insulation for a long time, even in case of temperature changes and vibrations.

Our thixotropic polyurethane gaskets also guarantee a high level of resistance to water, vapours, oils, gases, fuels, LPG, chemical agents in general, fine dust, pressure and/or negative pressure and maintain excellent elasticity over time. In addition, our gaskets are easy to apply, which considerably reduces assembly time.

Our product can be used in combination with preformed gaskets or alone for joint thicknesses of less than 0.1 mm.

Our gaskets retain their sealing properties over a temperature range of -50°C to 250°C with peaks of up to 300°C, preventing surface corrosion.

In the electrical sector, thixotropic polyurethane gaskets are used to insulate the doors of junction boxes and electrical panels, for metal cabinets and transformer stations - including those made of stainless steel.

They are also often used for sealing machinery and engines, screw connections, filters, flanges, air pipes, compressor pumps, turbines, transmissions, petrol pumps, water pumps, oil sumps, cooling systems, heat exchangers, submersible pumps, exhaust pipes and much more.

We can produce ad hoc thixotropic polyurethane gaskets, on customer request, with customized shapes and sizes, suitable for any type of use. We carry out both single samples and large quantities.
